The Nursing Nest partners with events, venues and community organizations to provide private infant care accommodations for families with infants. These mobile accommodations give parents and caregivers a supportive place to care for their babies and step away from the crowd with dignity and comfort.
By reducing barriers that can add to stress, overwhelm and isolation during the postpartum and infant-care season, The Nursing Nest helps families stay connected to the community spaces where they gather.

Our mobile accommodations give parents and caregivers a private, welcoming place to meet their baby’s needs while remaining connected to the event around them. Whether a family needs to care for their baby privately or simply take a calmer moment together, our organization helps make that possible.
All Families Are Welcome
We support families with infants, no matter how they feed their baby or who is providing care.
Some caregivers may need privacy for feeding or pumping. Others may need a comfortable place to care for their baby or step away from noise and crowds. Our accommodations are designed to support these everyday infant care needs with dignity, comfort and care.
Our goal is to help families feel welcomed and supported while staying connected to community life.
Why It Matters
Families attending public events often need more than a restroom or a quiet corner to care for their babies.
When appropriate accommodations are not available, parents may shorten their visit, skip events altogether or carry the added stress of trying to meet their infant’s needs without privacy, seating or support. During the postpartum and infant-care season, those barriers can contribute to overwhelm and isolation.
The Nursing Nest exists because maternal mental health and family connection matter. By improving infant care access at community events, we help create more supportive environments where families with infants can participate with dignity, comfort and connection.
